If you need tires, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Go to Costco Tire Center. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, they are way ahead of the game. From the service to the communication to the overall experience, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff actually made the entire tire-buying process feel easy, which is something I never thought I would say about buying tires. 😂 They were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. You can tell they have their process down and actually care about the customer experience. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Costco Tire absolutely nailed it. If you’re even thinking about getting new tires, save yourself the headache and go to Costco. You will not regret it.

Special thanks to Mariechelle at the Kirkland Tire Center for going above and beyond with my Interstate battery warranty claim. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. 5 stars go directly to her for outstanding customer service. My overall experience is 4/5 because of the warranty process itself. Costco does not offer battery installation, so customers must remove and reinstall the battery themselves. For warranty claims, the battery must also be removed and brought into the warehouse for testing. In my case, the battery failed after only 4.5 months, and although it was covered under warranty, I still paid about $20 plus tax for the replacement. Mariechelle made an otherwise frustrating experience much smoother. Thank you!

I had a mixed experience at the Kirkland tire center. The person who booked my appointment was very polite and provided clear, thorough answers to my questions. I specifically asked how long the tire rotation would take and was told it would be about 45 minutes with an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived on time but was told by another staff member—who was quite rude—that it would take at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not wanting to wait that long, I called a friend to pick me up. About 40 minutes after dropping off my car, while we were on the way back from Costco, I received a text saying my car was ready. I then had to ask my friend to bring me back. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to poor communication about timing and the rude behavior I encountered on the day of the appointment.

If it were up to me, I'd give this Costco employee zero stars. He shouldn't even be working in customer service. He treated me and my family like garbage when I ordered a tire because I was in an emergency and far from home. When I asked him why I had to pay and wait two days to get a tire replaced, he got angry and started yelling at us and left whining like an angry little kid. I think my dogs are more respectful than this kid.

I wish I could give a 0 star for this place! I had four tires replaced at Costco Tire Service. Prior to this visit, my car had never had its tires changed — everything was original factory equipment. When I went to pick up my car, I was told that one of the lug nuts could not be installed properly. What shocked me even more was that the staff told me this would not affect driving and that I could just take the car and leave. I believe this is extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable. I asked them to fix the issue, but Costco Tire Service said they could not repair it and insisted that I drive the car away anyway. I then told them I would take the car to another repair shop, but Costco should reimburse the repair cost. Their response was: 1. They would need to file a report 2. There is a 90% chance they would NOT reimburse me 3. This type of issue is “very common” They claimed it is impossible to prove their employee caused the damage. I repeatedly explained that my car had never had its tires changed or switched before this visit, but Costco refused responsibility. They even suggested that the issue might have existed from the factory, and told me I would need to provide p
